Students explore how people, businesses, and money work together in a community. They learn about different careers, the skills and tools needed for each role, and how these jobs help meet everyday needs. This program helps students see their own potential and how they can contribute to their community and Canada’s future.

Careers in Business
During this interactive, in-class program, students will:
Practice interview questions to learn more about different jobs
Create a list of needs that different jobs may help achieve in the community
Discuss how money is earned and spent in various scenarios
Brainstorm some common tools used in different jobs
By the end of this program, students will learn about their own potential and how they can contribute to Canada’s prosperity. This prepares students for careers in business and inspires them to make a positive impact in their communities.
