A JA Job Shadow Experience at Coke Canada that introduces students to the workplace and potential career opportunities in manufacturing and distribution. Through hands-on learning, youth learn about employability skills that make them valuable assets to any employer.

High school students come together to explore what it means to be an entrepreneur, how to start a business, and examine critical business processes. Students across southern Alberta identify target markets, analyze competitive advantages, and develop a business plan and strategy.

JA Canada is partnering with Colleges and Institutes Canada to host Skilled Trades Summits across Canada. By providing a hands-on experience, students will enhance their understanding and knowledge of skilled trades as a meaningful and fulfilling career path.

Students learn from speakers and participate in group discussions with career mentors from a variety of different industries. Students can explore potential career pathways in skilled trades, professional services, manufacturing, engineering, technology, and more!
